LGZ Series Screw Extrude Granulator

简介(Brief):

l   主要被制药、化工、食品等行业用来制颗粒。
Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industry etc to make granules.

l   GMP设计，适用于大中小批量生产。

l   LGZ系列螺杆挤出造粒机用于湿法造粒，主要由驱动电机、进料斗、挤出螺杆和多孔板组成。

LGZ series screw extruding granulator is used for wet granulation, which mainly consists of drive motor,

feeding hopper, extrusion screw and perforated plate.

l   湿料通过重力或螺杆送入进料斗。挤压螺杆（单螺杆或双螺杆）将湿料输送到挤出区，通过多孔板挤出，物料以成型良好、直径可控的圆柱形被挤出。挤压物通过自身重量或旋转切刀分离，并被收集用于下一个加工步骤。通过改变多孔板，可调节挤出颗粒的大小。

Wet mass is fed into the feeding hopper by gravity or screw. The extrusion screw (single or twin screw)

transport the wet mass to the extrusion zone where it is extruded through a perforated plate to produce well

formed, cylindrical extrudates of a controlled diameter. The extrudates break off by their own weight or rotary

cutter and are collected for the next processing step. The diameter of extrudate is adjustable by changing

perforated plate.
