简介(Brief)：

l 主要用于制药、化工、食品、电池材料等行业中小袋物料的拆包、投放、筛分和卸料。
Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff, chemical and electrical industry to unpack, feed, sift and unload  small and medium-sized bags of materials

l 无尘投料站由投料平台、卸料仓、除尘系统、振动筛等部件组成。

It consists of feeding platform, unloading bin, dust removal system, vibrating screen and other components

l 人工直接拆包投入到该系统，物料通过振动筛（安全筛网），可将大块物料和异物拦截，从而保证符合要求的颗粒排出。拆包时由于集尘风机的作用，可避免物料粉尘到处飞扬。

Manual unpacking directly put into the station, the materials pass through the vibrating screen (safety screen), which can intercept large materials and foreign matters, so as to ensure the discharge of qualified particles. During unpacking, due to the function of dust collecting fan, material dust can be avoided flying everywhere.
